I was very busy during winter vacation. I work as a waitress at a coffee shop, and I had to work almost everyday. But I went to Yasaka Shrine and Kiyomizu Temple yesterday. Sijo was very crowded. At first I went to Yasaka Shrine, there were a lot of stalls around the precincts of the shrine. I was very tired. Anyway there were many shops that is selling Japanese accessories, so I want to go again to buy it.

I think I was writing about movie before. As I was writing, I love watching movie very much. Today I went to the movie theater in Otsu to watch "Terminal". (It is showing now in Japan) The story is about the man who does not have his country with the political problems. It was very fun and emotional. I thought that if I have a trouble, I don't have to give up and I must continue to have my own belief. My English is too poor to tell you well what I feel. If you have time, please watch it!!

I love SNOOPY very much. Because he is very cute. I have a lot of SNOOPY goods in my room. We can read his comic books in Japan. Sometime they give me a hints of my life. As i wrote, I love his visual very much. So I use SNOOPY'S WEB SITE to send e-card for my friends or to read comics that is written by in English. If you have time, check it please!!

I want to write about a hotel's drama


A theatrical troupe is planning to perform a drama fcusing on a famous hotel in Tsuruga, in Fukui prefecture in Japan. The hotel named Kumagai Hotel was destroyed in WWⅡ. Between 19th and 20th centuries, there were a lot of foreign tourists in Turuga to enter or left Japan via Tsuruga port. In those days, Tsuruga port was connected to Tokyo Station by boat trains. Along with the building, most of the hotel's records were destroyed.

I think war is wrong. My english is very poor,so I can't tell you well. But I think there are lives around war. A soldier who kill someone has his family and someone who was killed one soldier has his family, too. Nobody should not die by the war.

Every morning, kids from local school are working hard in the Oakland airport. They are making and selling special coffee and they are also making money. The students earn $6.10 an hour plus tips, and they also get school credit while they are working. After the student get paid, the rest of the money use for helping local youth project.

I think it is good idea. In Japan, almost all high school students are prohibited to do part-time job by the school. But I think student can get the rights to do part time job, if they have any reasons to earn money. What do you think about it?

Autumn is coming in Japan. We say autumn is the season that we can really enjoy reading, eating and playing sports in Japan. Because the night of autumn is so long, there are a lot of things delicious to eat, it is good temperature for playing sports in autumn in Japan. I love reading and eating!! But I'm not good at playing sports. In this autumn, I will try to read "genzi monogatari".

I like comic books and we call them "manga" in japan. I think there are a lot of comic books in japan. Recently, I read a interesting comic. It is "Beck". The leading role is one boy who is called Koyuki. He meets the new friends and he meets cool music, and he finds his talent little by little. If you have a time, please read it!!

Yesterday, I tried to cook miso soup and salad for my friends. Cooking is very difficult, but to be praised makes my skill improve. When I start cooking, I'm not good at cooking, but now I like cooking. I think to praise is very important.

One of my hobbies is watching movie. I like Japanese movie the best, but I watch all kind of movie. Last Monday, I went to see "I-Robots". It was exciting movie, and I could enjoy it. But I Thought a lot of things about robots. Now so many robots is developed in Japan. The day of some robots have their intention is not so far. I feel little fear for it.
Anyway, I like movies. My favorite movie is "tsuki to kyabetsu". Masayoshi YAMAZAKI plays the leading role. He is a singer, and his voice and song during this movie is very good. If you know some movies that you love, please recommend!!

I had a fist experience in this summer, it's removal. But it's not mine. My friend had to move out of his home until September, so I helped him. I have never moved out since I was a little baby, so it was very fun and exciting. At first, we went to the estate agent to find a new room. We went to see two rooms in our home town with a man who was from the estate agent. I imagined a lot of things a bout room. After he decided his new room, we prepare removal. We cleaned his old room carefully and moved out. The removal was very hard, but I like to imagine and produce the new room. any way, it was very fun.

Today, I'll try to write about controversial issue, especially over population. There are 62 billion people in this world, and 13 billion in China. In short, 25% in this world are Chinese. Over population is caused by improvement of medical treatment. In 1960's population of China increase very quickly. One child policy was begun in1979 in China. But it was relieved in 1984. Now in China, it is important to have boys in the family. So girls don't care well. I think it is biggest problem.

Today, I will go to " spider man 2". I went to " spider man" 2 years ago. It was fun!! I'm looking forward to watching it. I'll write about it soon.

Today, I have a birthday party of my team mates. I drunk a lot, but I'm OK. 4 of my teammate were born in July. How do you cerebrate someone's birthday? Is it different in Japan? I had birthday party in my home until I was a junior high school student. Now my teammate celebrate my birthday. I will be 22. What will happen on next birthday? I don't know.

Gion festival will start soon in Kyoto. I have been to Gion festival twice. There were a lot of people, and it was humid in Kyoto. It was very terrible, but many Japanese love festival. I think we can learn various historical things from Japanese festival "matsuri". I want to go and look around many kinds of festival in this summer vacation.

All of my exercises had finished. I went to another institution last week. It was school for children with disorder. I met a lot of children who can't speak or move by themselves. It was precious experience, I can't forget.

It was very hard to me, because it was very difficult to understand what they want to do. There were about 50 people who are mental retrdation. Half of them can't speak well. But I could enjoy the life in this institution, because they were very kind to me and they were long for me.
It's time to go, so I will write about it next.

I have two part-time job. One is a coffee shop, the other is a tutor. My student will have a test soon, so I have to teach a lot. It is very difficult to teach someone English.I hope he got good marks.

I went to the institution of people who are mental retardation. I have been there for 5days. I'm really tired. Sorry I have to go now. I'll wrie about it next time.

I want to write about my club. I think I had already written about what I do. In fact, I belong to yacht club. My club has 3 good yachts, and they are 470 class. There are another, but they are too old to sail. We sail 2times in a week in Lake Biwa. I like my teammate and sailing. The training is very hard. Also I'm very tired every week. However, there are many good things. The wind on the lake is very comfortable, there is nothing that abstruct our view. I hope that The yacht sailing become more popular in Japan.
